VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

Volunteers are needed to:
•  Help with events (annual yard sale, Humane Place Dinners, Whine and Cheese, Jog, Walk  
and Wag, Other)
•  Help with preparing food or bake sale items
•  Chair a committee (for a specific event or program)
•  Foster adult dogs
•  Foster puppies
•  Foster kittens (some litters need round-the-clock feeding and care)
•  Transport animals to Taos, Espanola, or Pagosa Springs (as needed)
•  Write/administer grants
•  Help with fundraising mailings
•  Help with artwork and flyers/posters
•  Help with advertising, press releases
•  Help with administrative functions
•  Volunteer at Humane Place in summer (give out spay/neuter vouchers, information,  
show current foster animals)
•  Serve as a board member
•  Serve as Volunteer Coordinator
